With over 20 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and career development, I work with individuals seeking a fulfilling career path.

 

Based in Port Macquarie, NSW, I career support across Australia through video conferencing or phone. I specialise in early to mid-career professionals, particularly those feeling stuck in their careers, returning to the workforce, or looking to make a career change.

I am also a certified user of the Morrisby Profile, offering career support to students, graduates and those early in their career.

As a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia, I offer pragmatic and informed career coaching, job search skills and support, interview coaching, and resume writing services.

 

My background and qualifications

After starting my career in organisational psychology, focusing on assessment and selection, I worked for over 20 years in corporate Human Resources and recruitment across various industries. After feeling unmotivated and seeking a career with more personal connection and meaning, I made my own career change to specialise in career development. I have always been fascinated by people's 'career stories' and the many factors that influence a person’s career over their life. I gain immense satisfaction seeing how personalised career support can make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
